SO hard! How old is your baby girl now?
She’ll be 5 months on January 2nd. It is the hardest thing in the world to not go and pick her up when she’s upset. I hate it, but I needed sleep, man. And though I don’t enjoy, I think I made the right decision. She started sleeping though the night on day 1.

Crying It Out?
It’s controversial. It’s scary. It works. For me at least. Baby girl sleeps from around 9:30 to 6 AM every night. It’s fucking hard, but I’m glad I did it.
